Definately hope to take in a few games when I move down to Leeds. Really should, also if you do wanna take in some games go look at a few of the local Co-op league teams such as Featherstone, some of the rugby played in them is quality if not so fast as SL. Leeds are the best side in England so i'm sure you'll enjoy it even if the atmosphere at Headingley isn't quite the best.

Also, as I've also mentioned on this thread I plan on playing over the summer. Hope one of your attributes is fittness as that is a huge difference between league and union players as its a huge step up to league

Stamina is one of my biggest strengths.
I also seem to be bigger and faster than most of the league players I've encountered that have had a go at Union.

Well thats good then as i know a few decent union players who have found it hard to adapt to league when i used to play

I'm guessing its the story about Charlie Cockayne? Violent knobhead who needs to be given a huge ban. Not looking good for RL atm Leon Pryce and Stuart Reardon look likely to go down for a year ech for forced entry and assault, Greg Bird wil probably end up in prison in Australia for beating up his girlfriend and numerous accounts of common assault, and Brett Stewart, star player of world champions Manly Sea Eagles accused of sexually assaulting a 17 year old girl.
Then theres the likes of Todd Carney and Willie Mason who have had alcohol problems with the first being kicked out of the NRL and refused entry to the UK to play for Huddersfield and thus playing a level of rugby thats he is way way way too good for.
Rugby League needs to stop this as soon as possible as scandals like this ruin the greatest game in the world (after footy of course)

Oh well we'll be above them by the play-offs they'll get injuries to key players and fall away. Hull FC have to pick up form at some point we are too good to not be top 4 every year come on Agar sort it out!!!

Aye, apparently they played really well, saw some of the hilights and tbh they were very creative going forward but need to tighten their defence up a wee bit before they can win games consistently

This weeks results so far: Salford 20-10 St Helens Wigan 40-12 Quins RL Hull FC 30-43 Leeds Celtic 6-22 Warrington Catalans 23-12 HKR 1.Saints 30pts 2.Leeds 28pts 3.HKR 23pts 4.Huddesfield 22pts 5.Quins RL 20pts 6.Wakefield 20pts 7.Warrington 20pts 8Wigan 18pts 9.Catalans 16pts 10.Castleford 16pts 11.Hull FC 16pts 12.Bradford 13pts 13.Salford 12pts 14.Celtic 4pts Pretty close season so far with Saints and Leeds once again leading the way, with Huddersfield, Quins, HKR, Wakefield and Warrington all looking good as wel. Wigan have found some form of late and a late surge may well see them at Old Trafford this year. With all teams apart from Celtic Crusaders able to get the playoffs this year the last few months of SL 14 could be very intersting, Come On You 'Ull build on a good performance vs Leeds tonight and get some wins on the board...bloody injuries every monkey'sing season hopefully we make PO's this year but we are building an exciting team for 2010 so maybe just maybe we can kick on and have a season like we din in 2005 or 2006 and get a trophy back to the KC stadium

Wigan have been informed by the RFL that Gareth Hock's B:Sample has tested positive for Benzoylecgonine. It was revealed two weeks ago that he had failed a drugs test. He was suspended pending the results of a second sample, and his case will now go before a National Anti-Doping Panel Tribunal for a verdict.
That is expected to take place within the next few weeks, and Hock's registration remains suspended by the RFL until his date.
He faces a likely two-year ban from professional sport, back-dated to the date of his suspension.
A Warriors statement read: "The club reiterates its position of deploring and condemning the use of drugs in sport including the use of so-called recreational drugs. There will be no further comment at this stage
------------------------------------------------------------
Stupid stupid stupid idiot, he was in fine form before this and was most likely going to start for England in the four nations this autumn now his career could be ruined cos of it

It was two tests done at the same time i think, just incase his A test gave a dodgy result
