Yeah but what was the result of the match and where there any stand out moments? I don't just want to know who got injured. What were the results of these matches? Any moments of inspiration? No inspiration but plenty of F*****G pain by the sound of it ;D yep lol em ye the score was 3-0 to us i scored a couple and the third goal was my penalty but i obv. couldn't take it if i could that would have been my hatrick. still not playin but off the crutches now and i only stopped riding for a week thankfully because had pony club trials last week for the Prince Phillip Mounted games team which i got in

Well i lost that squash match three sets to one, my opponent was just to clever for my speed around the court. Used to love the game and played avidly up to 5 times a week until about the age of 40 but then discovered that my hip was knackered and I've been nursing it ever since. No impact stuff for me any more sadly and a replacement one to look forward to in the New Year. What started to get to me though was younger players who were'nt quite as good as me being able to hang in there longer and out last me. Comes to us all.

It was a similar situation in my 5-a-side matches arover....coming home battered and bruised...the night I got knocked out was the last straw....my mate gave the ball "the full gun" at point blank range and it hit me in the face.....suffice to say I was polaxed....time for Otto to sit by the fire with his pipe and slippers me thinks....now golf has taken over..I hope it's not too dangerous....!!

Golf can be dangerous, i've been hit a few times and caught out in a thunderstorm (most dangerous common situation on a golf course).

Apparently quite a few people have died on a golf course, struck by lightening...mainly in Florida though...
I suppose you could get quite a nasty smack if the ball hit you as well.

We trotted around the arena and i then pushed Jinx forward into canter. He arched his neck beautifully and then kept his stride nice and bouncy we approached the jump as i rode him forward but then also giving half - halts for him to be really listening to me. we approached the jump and i took the forward position and urged Jinx to shortern his stride and take off at the right spot. Success!! cleared it with inches to spare and a wonderful landing he made after he jumped that in a gorguess bascule:) (i'm so proud of him) approached next fence which was an upright and then after laid the combination:S anyway he had his stride perfect and we took off straight away and managed to change legs over the jump:) combination was a bit trickier but never the less Jinx is a pro at these:) anyway had to really shorten his stride and we got timing right and bounded over the jumps with room to spare. anyway urged him into a slightly slower canter and next came the dreaded wall standing at 3 meters 10!! anyway so again short stride and he just cleared the wall and then last was the double cross pole so JInx thinks he's being clever and decides to ride it at the widest part lol anyway i controlled his shoulder with my whip and put him back on course and we cleared them with inches to spare so that's it probably the best course we ever jumped in that time

Hahaha, The Silver Foxes! Who gave you that name?
Anyway, Bryan Habana the second will be making his much awaited debut for Bede Sixth Form Academy Rugby Team after weeks of turning up late for the team bus. This is a big game, against Gateshead College (aka - a bunch of Newcastle fans) this is the nearest thing to our derby until we play Newcastle colllege.

I intend to beat them by zipping past them at phenomenal speeds and scoring the tries we've been lacking. Leave the violence to our 18 stone tighthead, similarly sized loosehead, highland cow like openside flanker and 6'4 inside centre. Of course if it's absolutely necessary then i'll put myself about where it hurts.
I realised something today, our second rows are the smallest of our forwards =S

The two props are the same age as me, 16 and the inside centre is 17.
We aren't the most technically gifted side in the world (except the half backs who are frigging amazing players) but we are extremely physical. Power in the forwards and centres and extreme pace in the back three.
