For future reference Gerry if anything does happen to offend you on the forum or you see something out of line there is a "report post" link underneath the post itself, the same goes for everyone else as well

Had never noticed that before, well I suppose there has never been a need to look for it before

It was also premature - he doesn't become Scottish until he loses! Until then he's "British".

It's also rather ironic that "racism" has come in to it. Whilst watching the match last night I was thinking how fantastic it was that so many young Indians & West Indians in the crowd were cheering their hearts out for Murray. A really good sign of the amount of integration nowadays.

Federer is rampant, he'll win this year without breaking sweat and probably without dropping another set.
No-one else stands a chance, not even Murray (who I think will be lucky to get past Hewitt or Roddick in the semi-final anyway, imo.)

Murray has beat Federer numerous times in the past, I think he stands a good chance providing they both get through to the semis, especially with the crowd behind him.

Unless he plays Nadal, lets just hope Tommy Haas can get lucky and leave Andy with an easy(ish) final as Roddick will be hard enough to beat

I don't believe so, but Federer is a genius on grass - pretty much unbeatable. It took a class Rafael Nadal until dusk to squeeze him out last year - I can't see Murray getting close.
And I never brought any racism to the table in the first place - I merely called the man Scottish. And unless something has changed without me noticing, he is Scottish! But then, this is now a forum where anything in the same postcode as the belt, let alone below it, isn't allowed, so what do I expect?

If you called him an Indian Twat it would have been deemed racist so why would it not because you said Scottish. The same way if someone called you an English whatever, its not the twat bit its the English bit that would be deemed racist! But he's not played Murray on grass so we dont know yet, Federer starts favourite (if its those 2 in the final) but Murray has more than a small chance

To be fair the lad is just 22 years of age...I watched this semi and Roddicks serve was just too much for Murray.I must say that the 3rd set when Murrey was 5-2 down and he brought it to the tie break and should have won it was fantastic tennis.
Without being racist he will now go back to being "Scottish"...he would have been "British" if he had won!

Murray was very unlucky to meet a Roddick who was on fire. How often does a player get 82% of his first serves in?

I don't think the Williams sisters will ever retire. There'll be an all Williams final in 2039 most likely, but it's getting pretty fecking boring watching just them two.
