Don't know if you saw it Gerry but she's well fit. Might be older but my eyes haven't gone yet! She's good no doubt...but no Hingis!

She retired after an alleged cocaine abuse scandal...I still stand by her...until I'm told to leave

Bloody hell Leyton Hewitt is looking good against Del Potro, thought he was past it? Could be a dark horse for Wimbledon, maybe an Ivanisevic moment? A very very good player who has been ruled out as past it to win the championship, it'll just mean Murray losing in the semis hope he doesn't though as Murray is of course a Brit but i've always admired Hewitt and would have liked either him or Roddick in the final this year but think its gonna be Federer v Murray

Wonder if Rocky Hewitt will blow it and lose in 5...again

He has looked good but so has Murray, Djokovic, Hewitt and Roddick think those 5 are the most likely champions and its still a very open race, I don't think many saw Hewitt beating Del Potro in 3 and so convincingly so there may be more shocks yet, Djokovic will certainly be no pushover in the semis so even a final place is not assured

Just watched the highlights of Murray's match. Although Gulbis didn't play particularly well Murray was imperious. Can he keep it up?

She's possibly the prettiest yet Ben! And if she knocks out that singing kettle that she's playing - all fine by me.

Jelena Janković has just been knocked out by an American 17 year old in her first grand slam appearance. I really can't understand what has happened to Jelena - No. 1 in the world at the end of last year she has slumped to 100 at the moment and looked totally out of sorts today. I can only think she has some kind of mental problem bothering her as she made numerous unforced errors - quite unlike her at her peak.

He could do with a bit of a test before meeting the best later in the tournament - or is he just making it look easy?

Damn, so so close to getting rid of the Scottish Twat. Hopefully he'll now be knackered for the Ferrero match. Why the Scottish part? Yeah call him a twat if you don't like him, but why the racism? Would you say the Pakistani Twat or Kurdiush Twat? Thought you were better than that! Anf thought the mods on here were more alert than this. Anyway as for the game what a match, they both gave it everything they had. Sometimes you need to come through matches like that to prove to yourself that you can win the tournament.

Edited Gerry - I took a fair bit of offensive as well being half Scottish. At the end of the day he is representing the United Kingdom not just a small part of it, who knew people could hold a grudge for so long just because a comment about the England national football team was taken dramatically out of context. Childish.

And well done Murray - an epic! Certainly got that test & just hope it didn't take too much out of him.
