My sleeping pattern is getting a bit screwed up lately.. I came off the computer at about 1:30am last night (talking to people that late at night - insane) and didn't get to sleep until 2am, but I still managed to wake up at 8:45am! Yet I'm knackered right now and am contemplating a power nap of my own.

My sleeping patterns have always been screwed, but they are especially now that I work shifts. I'm going to be dead on Thursday, I've got a day off tomorrow so I'll have a long lie in, but then I won't get to sleep until a stupid hour at night, but then I have to be up at 7.30am the next morning and work a full day. Not good

Seeing as this a thread for general chit-chat, no-one will mind me changing the subject slightly from sleeping. "Would I Lie To You?" is back next Friday at 8pm on BBC1. I'm pretty happy to be honest because it was a good first series and made me laugh.

I'll watch it if it's on but I won't go out of my way to catch it.

Same as Ben. However, I don't do as much as you so I am more than likely to catch it. In fact, the only thing I have done on a Friday night this year outside home was the school talent show.

My sleeping's all over the place at the moment, it's down to this really hot weather and the fact that I don't have to work.
I think nothing of a few hours in the afternoon when it's blistering outside.

I'm pretty happy to be honest because it was a good first series and made me laugh. Was that the one with Lee Mack & David Mitchell as team captains? If so it has it's moments.

That's the one Stealth. The funniest parts were when David Mitchell went off on one.

Was that because of him claiming he fainted during Kill Bill?

Yes. He was saying that he did make it through the film without "losing consciousness". Also about how they all thought that he doesn't even know how to pay for a ticket.

Is hay fever quite possibly one of the worst things ever? I have an absolutely pounding headache, I can barely breath and my nose won't stop running. To make things better, my sister has taken all of the hay fever tablets out with her.

I take Benadryl tablets and they have worked wonders for me. Having said that, my hayfever gets better every year.

I usually have Clarityn but we have none - I told my mum to get some when she got back from work but she forgot! So she's gone to the chemist now - the things she does for me. I would go and get some myself but the idea of inhaling more pollen is just daunting.

I think after a while you just grow out of hayfever. I have anyway. It bothers me about 3 days per year. I say thanks to Benadryl...

I started getting it when I was about 8 and it stopped to an extent this year. I hated it. I can't even watch people do eye drops and nasal spray because it makes my eyes water and nose run. Psychological thing...
