Cheese toasties... Mmmmhhhmmm. Also nice with either ham or marmite but never both. It's like an orgasm of the mouth. Marmite for me, never ham.

Near enough every forum has one, we thought we'd join in the trend. It's not doing any harm as there's no football to talk about.

Come on Ty, we need something to talk about when there is no football. To be fair, it was my idea to get us started on the subject of cheese. I offer you my humble apologies if I have irritated you.

I'm not sure if that makes me feel better or worse - I assume there is quite an age gap between me and your Nan.

Cheese on toast may be brilliant but what about Gipsy or French toast (also known as eggy bread)? The best snack of all even if it makes cheese look like a diet food.

It just gets to the stage at times where I'm so bored that the only thing I can really think of doing is sleeping I don't suppose waking up at 6am and 8am has helped mind.

In that case, try being a bit more active during the day because that keeps you awake rather than lazing around and feeling sleepy.

I have no sleep pattern to speak of. My day is punctuated by several power naps and only 4-6 hours at night.
If you stop moving you start sleeping is what i've found.
