The season has concluded and the winners are Bangor City, last time they won the League of Wales was 16 years ago when Southampton manager Nigel Adkins was in charge.
Bangor City started the season winning their first 15 games, but Airbus UK ended such a fine winning streak. Airbus put on a fantastic display having took the lead but Bangor City plucked an equaliser in injury time to keep their undefeated run going.
Bangor City started 2011 with a surprise defeat as Prestatyn Town pulled off a surprise, but a well deserved 4-2 victory. A fiery encounter with high flying tackles and Bangor City went down to 10 men.
Into March and early April, Bangor City went 7 games without a win while Total Network Solutions made up lost ground and at Good Friday were in position to defend their crown, however Lee Trundles men had ideas as TNS were cruising 1-0 with 15 minutes to go, only for Neath to score in 75,76 and 84 mins and eventually win 3-2.
Come the finale, it was Bangor City v TNS. TNS led the League of Wales by one point, but Craig Garside of Bangor scored midway in the second half for Bangor to win 1-0 and the League of Wales crown.
