It is back to the Graham Taylor period: no ball control, speedless, great backpassing, communicationless, predictable. The reasons for this crap may be the vuvuzelas were too loud, the pitch was too slippery, lack of English supporters, these stars were surprised by the weather as they didn't know that it would be that cold. That was one of the single most depressing games I have ever seen. England were dire. All of them without exception, there can be no excuses for such a performance in the situation they found themselves in.
An overpaid, over rated inspirationless bunch, and Rooney you are not entitled to the fans support you have to earn it you monkey'sing moron. Just get out of my sight the lot of you, please don't qualify you will only prolong the suffering as you stutter long.
The Turks I watched the match with were laughing at you. They were right to do so. You were a joke. I think I will explode in anger if I ever see Wright-Philips again.

The football team should take note of their Rugby Union and Cricket counterparts, at least they play for the badge even if a few of the players are of Irish/South African descent.
