Take it that people from Bath interbreed Just noticed that Northwich Victoria have got Charlton. With Northwich in financial difficulties, this will generate a big crowd. Who knows they could take the game into a replay and get some more moooolaaaah. York v Crewe is a potential banana skin as is Oxford Utd v Yeovil, both BSP clubs doing well.

Would have like Narrwwiicchh, Dimmies, K-Town or Brighton away/home. But am please with our draw, a nice bit of non-league. FA cup at it's best At home too, all good. AND we avoided Millwall and Walsall Lets hope we win now....

Excellent draw, almost guarenteed to be on TV, it's Leeds, and a derby game, the stuff advertisers drool over!

The following games are televised (or online in some cases)
Paulton Rovers v Norwich City Saturday 7 November 2009, 12.45pm on ITV1
Oldham Athletic v Leeds United Saturday 7 November 2009, 5.15pm on TheFA.com
Northwich Victoria v Charlton Athletic Sunday 8 November 2009, 1.30pm on ITV1
Good decision by ITV to show Northwich Victoria v Charlton Athletic. Northwich have been through hell in the last 12 months. They have suffered financial difficulties and even got chucked out of their ground last season. Went to administration due to owing £500k and got expelled from the Conference after relegation from BSP, but appealed successfully to remain in BSN.
When they came back to their ground at the near end of the season, their attendances have taken a huge hit. I went to a game, think it was Ebbsfleet or Grays. Match day operations was threadbare, no electricity in the toilets and no running water. Normally they get 1000 attendance, instead 400 turned up.
A guaranteed sell out and TV money will sure go a long way, I'm delighted for the supporters.

I'm hoping that the Notts County-Bradford game is on live stream on Friday night. Don't fancy the prospect of shelling £20 in fuel and £20 in a matchday ticket.

Excellent we are on ITV. It's been a while since I've seen us on terrestrial TV, I literally cannot wait, don't get many chances to see us now I'm up in Nottingham. Went to Pride Park for the Derby-QPR match with a guy who supports the R's from my block the other day though, great to see some live Football although the non-student beer prices brought me back to Earth with a bump inside the ground...

Yet true TBF, Henry.
Of course, the same could be said for them, all League 1 local grudge match between 2 fallen Premier League sides, who wouldn't put that on?

True it might be but for Enya to tell you to "Shut up" is unfair. Nowt wrong with creating debate, regardless of bias. I don't think there is enough spaces for the TV. Paulton Rovers v Norwich and Northwich v Charlton are the traditional cup romance games. Oldham v Leeds could've been on 12.45pm Saturday but you've got Premiership/Championship games on Sky then. Can't have the game on Sunday because Leeds are competing in the JPT.

Well done Northwich Victoria, what a result! and with a 2nd round tie at home to Lincoln, they have a decent chance of making it into the 3rd round.
