I'm hoping Option 5, because that would mean that Tranmere would be sure to get relegated

I just hope it's not before October 16th, we could do with another comfortable away win up north.

Probably sometime in November but in interviews he appears to be a nice bloke and very philosphical in his thoughts. Tranmeres pitch is a belter of a surface, better than a bowling green so some good football will be played on there.

Barnes is not a manager by any stretch of the imagination, yes Henry he may well be a nice bloke but that doesn't qualify him to be a manager or anything else for that matter. When I hear him offering punditry he doesn't sound like the sharpest tool in the box either.

Barnes only got 6 months with Celtic and at the rate Tranmere are going, another managerial casulty who has lasted less than a year. Barnes has simply never been given a chance.

Yer, but in 3 months he's taken them from play-off contenders to relegation candidates. It's not time he needs, he's been given enough time to practically ruin any chance they have of making the Play-Offs.

More to the point theres 38 games remaining so theres enough time for Tranmere to get in playoff contention. Between Feb and May, there are 40% of League Games to be played. If Barnes and McAteer can get Tranmere in the top 12 by January, then they'll have momentum to push on for a playoff spot.

Nonesense Barnes will have the hammer and tack soon then he can bugger off and go on a diet.

Sorry Henry he is a joke of a manager. He should have been nowhere near a club the size of Celtic. After he was rightfully sacked he then played the race card, I have never met a Celtic fan who wanted Barnes out becasue he was black, it was becasue he was pooe, so to be sacked and then try and claim it was down to race makes him a cunt of the highest degree in my book.

As a manager he's a no mark.
