Apparently an unamed premiership team has offered £4m for Damien Duff.....I'm going with a promoted side or one of Wigan, Pompey, Stoke or Blackburn

Damien Duff is set to deal another massive blow to Newcastle by quitting in a £5million switch - as Wolves and Fulham battle for his signature.
The Ireland winger was the Geordies’ star man and scored against West Brom last weekend, but has grown disaffected at the turmoil at St James’ Park.
Newcastle have received a firm offer for Duff from his former Republic of Ireland boss Mick McCarthy. It is likely to be accepted as owner Mike Ashley attempts to raise cash and cut the wage bill to sweeten a takeover. Fulham are also interested.

If you could get the Duff who left us you'd have a hell of a signing. Sadly that player appears to have disappeared for good. In his pomp he really was one of the best, he used to do things that almost deceived the eyes and although sometimes he looked knackered he never was.
Great player.
