Watched their game with Sheffield United last night and they looked absolutely shocked by the fitness, pace and strength of the Blades. The game stank of Championship and that's why I'm glad we're not there anymore and hopefully won't be there for some time! The fact that Newcastle and Middlesbrough have not been in this league for a while leads me to believe neither of them will bounce back up at the first attempt as they do not know what the league is about, where as West Bromwich Albion do. This is backed up by the fact the likes of Charlton did not bounce straight back up after a lengthy spell from out of this division (though financial reasons may have had an effect!), you will get bullied because it's far more physical than the Premier League and it's a bloody hard division to get out of - we should know!

Middlesbrough were just a different class against Barnsley yesterday, making the Tykes look like they have Harry Hill as manager.

I'd like to see Middlesbrough back up in the Premier League. Always had a soft spot for them.
