Liverpool striker Fernando Torres now seems almost certain to make his comeback from a hamstring strain in Liverpool's domestic clash with West Brom at Anfield on Saturday.
The striker has not played since the last international break on October 15 but both Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez and captain Steven Gerrard are confident the 24-year-old will return against the midlands side.
Gerrard: "we need him".Understatement of the millennium,we are desperate to have him back would be more like it.I really believe that the result against Tottenham and A.Madrid would have been different had Torres played,They created so many chances it's untrue. One player that would be most happy to have him back would be Keane.I don't think he is suited to that lone striker upfront role at all!
