The Champions League Final.....during the Tevez melee after Drogba got the red card, did anyone notice role-model lionheart hero John Terry spitting onto Tevez's neck while pretending to wipe his face with his shirt as he walked past him?I didn't,but my eagle-eyed mates did.....
Apparently,Tevez felt it on his neck, then looked up and wondered what it was, and then gets booked.
And as expected, the Chelski-loving panel and media totally ignored this and went on and on about how gutted they were for Terry and how gutted he must've felt.
Imagine if it were a United player who did this - the SkySports panel and media would've totally ignored the game itself and talked about how disgraceful it was over and over and over again, and there would've been a world footballing outcry.........
Wonder if Terry had slipped on some of his own spit left on his studs while he took his penalty............?
Ah Karma.

There you go......
After missing a vital penalty in the Champions League final and watching in despair as Manchester United walked off with the trophy, and now under investigation for spitting at Carlos Tevez during the game, Terry is fearing more bad news this week, but this time on the international front.
With England manager Fabio Capello set to try out another new captain in the friendly with the United States, Terry is fearful that Capello will chose to overlook him once again and that his days as captain are all but over.
Terry, the Chelsea captain, lost the England captaincy when Capello took over the national side and has had to watch as first Steven Gerrard and then Rio Ferdinand have worn the armband in his place.
However there are plenty of other options for Capello to turn to with Gareth Barry, Owen Hargreaves and even Wayne Rooney thought to be candidates for the job as Capello assesses his options ahead of the World Cup qualifiers.
Yet according to reports in the media John Terry believes that if Capello doesn’t hand him the armband for the game against the United States, then he never will.
If that were the case it would cap a miserable end of the season for the Chelsea captain. Not only has he seen his side pipped to the title by Manchester United he has also seen them narrowly miss out on the being crowned European Champions.

You can take the yob out of the gutter - but you can't take the gutter out of the yob.

I watched the game intently and didn't see a thing. Nor did the 50 or so people that I watched it with in a bar either.
If it had been a foreigner, indeed Tevez, there would have been an outcry in the UK media.
Has it been confirmed?
I've seen nowt.

I think their needs to be a clamp down on spitting. It sets a bad example to kids watching. By 2040, we will be up to our necks in phlegm and gob. Mind you, people in Peterborough will be used to that. The amount of spit all over the floor is disgraceful.

I noticed that too! I really do not think he is a good candidate for the england captaincy at all! I personally think spitting is the worst thing anybody could do to you i would honestly rather be punched in the face than spat at!

Well we should think ourselves lucky that Allardyce didn't get the Blackburn job as he could have brought EL Radge Diouff with him and we would have had phlegm everywhere.
