hmm in a way id rather him come to man city as id love to watch him play, but i doubt he will as Real and Barcelona are after and think he will go the latter unless Zidane can sway him towards Madrid.I think Madrid have already signed Kaka myself and not Ronaldo

Zidane backs Galacticos architect
Zinedine Zidane has backed Florentino Perez, the architect of Real Madrid's Galacticos era to bring the good times back to the Bernebeu if he is elected as club president for a second time.

Well they have the Diarras and Gago. They have Huntelaar, Higuain and Negredo standing by if they're in their long-term plans.
My biggest concerns are really the defence, and possibly the wings. None of the central defenders have really impressed throughout with their ability or their temperament, and Ramos & Heinze have looked shaky all season.
It's not goalscoring that's their issue really - it's keeping out goals and shutting down other teams.

Kaka £56m jesus that's bold very bold Looks like a done deal too!! Real Madrid looked to have pulled off an astonishing coup by luring AC Milan star Kaka to the Bernabeu for a world record £56million.According to Spanish radio station Cadena Ser, the Brazil international has agreed a five-year deal worth £8million a year.Reports in Spain claim that newly-installed Real president Florentino Perez agreed the deal with Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani as well as the player's agent and father.

Will they still want Ronaldo now as he's likely to cost around the same?

Seems they do:
Real have also been strongly linked to Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo, Liverpool's Spanish midfielder Xabi Alonso and Bayern Munich's French winger Franck Ribery.
Perez obviously wants another team of Galacticos.

According to The Sun Kaka has already signed but no one else confirms that. However, as much will depend on Pelligrini as the players they buy.

Brazil international Kaka is expected to be confirmed as a Real Madrid player on Monday after completing a medical.
Kaka, given permission to meet with Real officials between World Cup qualifiers against Uruguay and Paraguay, is believed to have already passed initial tests. His full medical was scheduled to take place a 9am local time, 1pm BST, at the national team's base in Recife.
Unless there are any unexpected problems then Kaka will be confirmed as Real's first signing following the return of Florentino Perez as club president.

I think AC Milan wants to sell him more than he wants to leave. Milan need the money for a new stadium and obviously thought about taking the offer from Man City over the winter, so he doesn't feel respected, and I wouldn't either. Milan has made no effort to try and keep him even though he's made no wage demands or transfer requests. I had a lot of respect for him for turning down the offer from City because he wanted to stay in Italy. Now he's being pushed out of the door and he's making the best choice for himself.

Real Madrid are buying Ribery now - seriously, what is going on and why are FIFA standing by and letting them destroy any competition? I notice Platini is notoriously quiet about all of this, but if an English club were doing it he'd soon put his foot in and have a good moan.
No offence Bissy, but part of me is hoping that the players just don't gel to serve them right. They shouldn't be buying success like this.
