Don't give a stuff, everyone from 7th to 20th gets the same Seriously, if you take the lead away at the leagues top scorers, the best idea isn't to put 11 men behind the ball for 50 minutes! Not changed a bit has old Ronald, no Plan B!

You were more or less nailed on for a play off place until it all went tits up at the dogs.
You ballsed it up worse than them.

Are you telling me that you wouldn't be celebrating if pish cocked up a play-off place in the 88th minute of the last day of the season?! Please stop spelling *genius* with an 'o' Joe... Sorry Luke

No. Not if we were nailed on for a play off spot until the last minute where we finished lower than them.

So you'd use the word 'embarrassed' about your season, then?

Yes. I'm embarressed.
If we were a dead cert for play offs, until we screwed up at the business end of it, and finished LOWER than our rivals who were always outsiders, i'd also be embarressed

What's emba, some south american alternative to the conga?
Clearly something went wrong with us round january timr at board room level, and you've got something wrong with you if you think that Tranmere were ever outsiders!

Just for the record, I feel much better having thrown away a play-off spot in mid January that losing out in the last minute of the season, it hurts a lot less; like if Liverpool lost in the cup in the 4th round, as opposed to a shoot out final loss - it hurts at first, but not long after that, because you look to the future, and, as you can see from my signature, looks very bright.

And Tranmere have been top half all season, so yes they were outsiders

Because I said that missing out on the play-offs hurt more, didn't I...
As I've said before, by the way, it's proportional, if Villa had got 4th this season, it'd be a massive success for them, whereas it'd be on par for Arsenal.
Similarly, we were expecting a major assault on the top 2 this season, and we got 10th...
